Taste of Africa is a business owned by three business women, Ya Tida Camara, Ida Njie and Matty Njie. These three women joined the food industry in July 2021, where they opened their first restaurant at Senegambia, Tropic Shopping Centre. The restaurant is popularly known for their wonderful Gambian dishes. The restaurant’s main meals are mostly Gambian dishes, starting from local snacks, local drinks and other local food stuff. Taste of Africa is the only restaurant in Tropic Shopping Center that serves local Gambian dishes.
